We youngsters always think that we know everything and we needn’t take advice from oldies, be it our parents or boss at work or anyone else.
Suddenly, there comes a point in life where we are stuck and to come out of that situation we use those learnings which we have learnt from those 60s.

So it’s always amazing to keep learning from the experienced ones. Let’s apply their experiences in our lives when we encounter challenges.
It’s a two way process, I believe as the oldies also get to learn so much from the young generation. When the exchange of mentalities or latest happenings of the town happens, it creates awareness and broadens perspectives of both the generations on various issues.

For oldies, getting out of their routines must be a tough task but with such interactions they learn how to loosen up a little and move on to things or be more practical to life. Gone are the days when people were valued, relations had certain meaning and depth.

Loosening up is also important for our own growth because if the old generation stick to particular things and take them to heart, our growth will stop there and then.
The amalgamation of young and old is important as the old knows the history, they can guide better and young ones are stubborn. They always want to do things their way so carry their experiences, experiment, be creative and set new trends! It’s important to respect the oldies and value them.
